Thank you to the kindness of the team at the MRI suite at Pilgrim Hospital Boston. They were so kind to me. I am difficult to cannulate due to chemo affecting my veins. They took their time, reassured me throughout and settled my nerves. During the scan, they kept checking in on me and reassuring me. Some people are made for their jobs. Thank you.

Our staff work incredibly hard to ensure every patient has a good experience, despite some of the daily challenges that they may face.
