"Thorough, professional and sympathetic staff"

My daughter (ASD/PDA/ADHD) was recently assessed through CAHMS and while it's been a long wait the staff were extremely thorough, professional, sympathetic and had an extremely good understanding of my daughter's challenges. 

We were dealt with in a very respectful manner and always felt heard and supported.  We received our diagnosis last week and at the time I mentioned we were having issues with a dental service that my daughter is really struggling to access due to anxiety and burnout.  I didn't think they would be able to help as I have tried every other avenue with no success but Vicki responded, writing a letter to the consultant and sending immediately which outlined my concerns and my child's rights as a patient.  This was a lifeline for our family as it has (and is) causing so much stress. Throughout my journey, I have never been supported in that way and am extremely grateful.  Vicki deserves recognition for this as I think it's above and beyond what she needed to do and she did it so quickly.
