My daughter has always experienced a level of worry and anxiety. She started secondary school and managed really well with change. When she started in year 8 we found the worries creeping back in and we struggled supporting her. I reached out to the school nurses who referred to the With me in mind team. It wasn't long before the team got in touch and arranged sessions in school for my daughter. She completed a 7 week worry management programme which she really enjoyed.
I can't thank the team enough especially the amazing practitioner who has supported my daughter as well us.
