"Realising I need help"

I was very anxious before I came to Dame Carol, but as soon as I walked through the door I was made very welcomed, comfortable and safe. 

Staff were amazing, from the chef all the way to the cleaner. Nurses and Doctors were great, if you have any problems during the evening they were always available to help one way or the other. 

Great variety of groups, after attending the meeting my preferred one was CA.

It was good to hear first hand experiences from the people doing the group.

I would recommend to anyone that is thinking about taking the next step, in 10 days I feel like a totally different person, leaving with a positive mindset. 

If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to come here grab it with both hands because it will be worth it.
