"Well done to the Sonography team"

My husband had his testes scan this morning after a suspicious lump. The chaperoning bank staff nurse and the clinical specialist sonographer (I think their names were Alison and Lynne) were both very caring and professional. I was very delighted that they were able to tell us the results there and then. We are very thankful. 

The receptionists were very kind and helpful as well. 

As staff myself I was very pleased with how we were treated by the staff and it was great to see excellent bedside manner. Lastly, I know It should go without saying but as a gay couple we felt very welcome.
