"Made to feel at ease during MRI scan"

About: Western General Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

I had an MRI scan at the Western General in Edinburgh and I cannot praise the radiographer, Ashley, enough. She made me feel at ease, even though I was nervous, and she never made me feel silly for being a bit claustrophobic. She explained everything she was doing and what was going to happen next.

Thank you to Inga as well, who removed my cannula, she was also lovely and very efficient.

Keep up the good work, team!
