"Staff were super kind and caring"

After experiencing some new back pain I was seen at the MRI unit in Lymington Hospital. All the staff looking after me -  Merci, Nicole and Michelle -  were super kind, caring and made me feel very relaxed as I was a little anxious. The MRI room was well ventilated, light, and I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. I was given a headset to listen to the radio and comfortable for the duration of my lumbar spine scan. Merci and Michelle made sure I was totally ok before the scan began and told me what to expect.
