I attended my GP surgery on a Friday and was referred for a pelvic ultrasound following some bleeding. I received a phone call the next day Saturday, with an appointment to attend Crosshouse Hospital x-ray department the following Thursday.
I attended the appointment I was taken on time and received excellent service from the radiographer and the radiography assistant. I was reassured and made to feel very comfortable. The procedure was explained and carried out in a professional and caring manner. I received a letter with the result within a week.
What a fantastic, efficient and effective service.
