My GP surgery have removed me after I sent an email concerned that incorrect coded entries were on my file stating that some physical and emotional well being checks were completed when they hadn’t been.
The manager ignored 2 emails I sent over a 3 week period asking for a response and rectification of my record. I emailed the ICB and within days the surgery manager sent me a letter removing me from the practice and claims I have been abusive! I certainly have not.
