Thank you for taking the time to post feedback on your experience, I am really sorry that it was negative.

I am unsure at which stage on your journey that your observations were not checked and you were not given medications on time so it is difficult for me to comment on these aspects.

Observations should be checked regularly and the timing of this will differ between each Individual depending on their clinical need. In the waiting room we do have a nurse that rechecks observations every 2 hours, however if we are short staffed due to sickness etc there are times this nurse is not available.

In regards to your medications, I am really sorry that you did not receive them promptly, all medications including IVs must be prescribed by a doctor before administration.
