"Friendly and helpful"

About: North Manchester General Hospital / Oral surgery

(as a relative),

The ambulance took my Mum and Dad (both in their 90s) to an appointment for him. Mr Katre the specialist was very professional but extremely friendly and he made a lot of time for my father who is profoundly deaf. He interacted with him so well and took time to use the amplifying aid so that he could explain directly to him. The accompanying nurse Hannah was also very friendly and helpful. The lady on reception Clare was very friendly and attentive- she offered us a drink whilst waiting for the ambulance and also kept us informed as to the potential arrival time of the ambulance for our pick up.
