I had TKR surgery at The Nightingale hospital just over a week ago and wanted to express how smoothly everything went.

Each and every person I met whether staff, nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon, physios were exceptional. It was a really smooth journey from start to finish.You are so well looked after and all parts of your journey covered with good information. Even in returning home phone calls asking if you are ok or have any concerns. Can’t speak highly enough of my journey so far. Lunch was an added bonus followed with an afternoon cup of tea and biscuits

Providing clear information, attentive care, and ongoing support once you return home is something we take great pride in, so it’s especially meaningful to hear that this stood out to you.

We’re also pleased that you enjoyed the little extras along the way — including lunch and that all-important afternoon cup of tea and biscuits!
