(as a relative),

As a relative of a service user, I would like to highlight how impressed I am with the willingness & compassion every person has shown , when they have arrived to help , as everyone is aware these people only arrive when asked , so their helpfulness might go unnoticed  !!

I would be grateful if the manager of the service  ( team ) would pass on my gratitude to everyone , as it is difficult  / frustrating when dealing with a person living with Dementia  , but when the people are on site it doesn't show , & how invaluable having this service available is !!

Comments like yours reinforce the value of the work they do every day and remind them how important their contribution is to families and individuals using our service.

Would you pass this message on to every person who works within the team as I've met the day, back & night shift staff & all have been helpful....

A random question, are the relatives of a service user allowed to give small gifts ( chocolate / biscuits ) @ certain times during the year?
