I attended a appointment with the pulmonary physicians alongside my elderly grandad. The appointment time had ran over we did not mind we were not in any hurry. Toni apologised that appointment was late and explained the appointment well to my Grandad. She was kind and had a great way with my grandad. As a nurse in the NHS myself I know how important feedback is and my grandad had nothing but praise for the service.
