I had to bring my 91 year old friend to 3 appointments in different areas of the hospital, the staff were ever so helpful as usual but was very disappointed no wheelchairs available when expecting a patient with shortness of breath to walk one end to another. I could at least park this time as that has taken me well over an hour previously.
