Today and one week plus ago (2 occasions)
Sitting with phone glued to my hand for half a day
Waiting for call from doc "medication review"
Phone does not ring - on either occasion
Then see missed calls! But it never rang! I do not have this problem with incoming calls from anyone else. Have even asked my partner to call to check to see if phone was OK and receiving calls. FRUSTRATED.
I am asthmatic and I only want to get a repeat prescription set up. I am stuck in an endless loop of bureaucracy and technology. Agggh!
