About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Had to have my arena coil changed and was very nervous. Last time at the GP practice was extremely painful and long winded to get it placed correctly. This time the Nurse Practitioner Hannah and her nurse Fola were fantastic. No pain at all, quick procedure and very thorough explaining as they went along. Cross infection was to a high standard and I was very happy. Thank you ladies you were amazing 🤩
