I’m providing feedback on behalf of the person I care for, who used the podiatry Team Severn at John Anthony Centre Worcester. He saw Sarah previously at Malvern. The care he has received has been excellent. As he has dementia, it isn’t always easy for him to be clear about problems. Sarah was brilliant and made sure she spoke to him and not just to me. The receptionist who was involved in making the appointments was just as helpful. A big thank you!
