The Community Mental Health Nurses from Stirling, Clare and Kirstie, have made it very easy for us to deal with my wife's Alzheimer's diagnosis. Clare has come out to us several times and she has been wonderfully supportive and very reassuring. This has given us a really strong start to this new phase of our life.
