I clicked elsewhere. ‘We’re sorry, something has gone wrong’. How much other data about people’s experiences is falling through the cracks of dysfunctional IT?

Thank you for this feedback about Care Opinion, which is very helpful.

My name is James Munro and I'm responsible for the proper operation of our platform. I'm really sorry to hear that you had this experience and I do apologise.

I have checked our data just now and I can see that we have correctly logged other "similar experience" clicks in the last few days. I also tested the site myself and it worked as expected for me - but not for you. That is a worry and I will investigate further.

In addition we have a plan to update that part of the page and I will see if we can bring that work forwards, which may also help. If we can, I will post again here to update you.
