"Accident at home"

I accidentally cut myself with a knife, so I called the GP to see if they could assist me. However, they told me that they have no appointments available and to go to Accident and Emergency. 

The parking situation at the hospital when I arrived further delayed my care. I am a wheelchair user but there were no spaces available to park within the vicinity. 

However, once in the hospital things changed. I was checked in by a highly proficient practitioner who asked pertinent questions and understood my situation entirely. 

As there were so many ambulances outside, one even waiting for a space to park, I expected a long wait time. However, after a relatively short wait I was taken into a treatment room and treated with diligent care in a personable manner. Thank you!
