"The most kind and funny person"

I was brought to Lincoln UTC/A and E with an ankle injury around 21.20.

I was triaged within 5 minutes and told I was assigned to the UTC part of the hospital. After 40 minutes of waiting I was seen by the most kind and funny Advanced Health practitioner who explained everything that was happening clearly to me. She offered me a wheelchair so I could get to X ray easier. Once there, they took my x ray within 5 minutes of arrived and took the greatest care to ensure my comfort. They then brought me back to the waiting area where the Advanced Health practitioner came to speak to me within 10 minutes. She explained the care plan very clearly and made sure I had a safe way home. Despite the injury, it was such a positive experience! Thank you.
