"I had no one who could help, yet they did"

I called 111 as I was worried about not having got my regular medication. The person who took the call was so understanding and kind. She passed on my call to a doctor who text initially, then called me, after getting my reply for more information. He was so supportive and helpful, it was reassuring as I was so upset. He was then able to arrange for some medication to be delivered to me that evening. It was for 3 days. This gave me time to get my usual medication delivered. I wanted to pass on my thanks to everyone who listened, I had no one who could help, yet they did. I like to do things myself but in this instance I could not get out, so I had to reach out and they helped when I needed it. I am so grateful, everyone does an amazing job, thank you for your kindness and for caring.
