"Pretty faultless really!"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Daisy Paediatric Ward

Well, the staff in Daisy Hill deserve medals!!! A colourful array of characters entered the hospital one night. Lots of unpredictable situations, de-escalated and masterfully managed by the teams. Superbly handled by discreet, incredibly patient, calm staff who spent excessive time talking these patients around. 

All the staff, despite multiple demands on their time, were very respectful, kind and empathetic.

My son had a complete check, meds, scans, fluids, bloods and vitals monitored at regular intervals. I was reassured that my son was looked after and concern and interest was genuine.

Breakfast offerings were varied including pancakes!!! Never heard of that in a hospital! 

The place is very clean. Pretty faultless really! 

I expect to be back frequently as my son’s condition is a long term one, but if he receives this level of care on each occasion, We will both be delighted!!

Very impressed after our first visit at Daisy Hill!
