"Nice and supportive"

About: Crisis Mental Health / Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT)

(as a service user),

They were all very nice and supportive. I understood their role was not to be a psychiatrist and really get to the bottom of problems and that the service is a short term solution to the immediate issue, which was well communicated.

Frequency of visits (I went to Longley centre) was great. Kept me occupied.

Everyone I met was lovely. Particularly Chloe :) But I also had a good conversations with Donna (sorry if I got the name wrong) and Rose.

It's not long after my 'crisis', and am still recovering, but I can tell that my time with the team was a positive experience.

Thank you.
