About: Glasgow Dental Hospital and School / Restorative Dentistry - Level 6 and Level 7

(as a service user),

Staff are all very friendly and clear.

Patient toilet on floor six - the tap doesn’t go off for ages - wasting a lot of hot water- a hook for coats on the door there would be helpful too.

I'm pleased that you felt the staff were friendly and you had a positive experience on clinic, I'll be happy to share your comments with the Restorative Team.

Thank you for highlighting the hot water issue, and for the suggestion about the coat hook on the door, I will pass this on to our Estates Team for investigation and action.
