"I was kept relaxed at all times"

Was checked in by a very friendly lady at reception and didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

I had a plate removed from gum after body rejecting it after 13 years was infected and leaking pus, plate was removed by Alex superbly and professionally, I didn’t feel any pain and was kept relaxed at all times. Ewa and Sammy were great too, we all had a lovely chat about boy bands and much to their pleasure was my choice of music lol. Overall went smoothly and am very happy it’s finally removed. Thank you all it’s very much appreciated.
