I attended the CMP weekly sessions hosted by Breda & Anne in 2025 and enjoyed every single session provided. I felt they did their best to engage the group to make it informative, light and yet impactful for all. I thankfully was in a group of people who actually wanted to share their experiences without trauma dumping! Breda & Anne both worked together well and were sensitive to those in the group call, with many who are suffering with complex conditions. They are both gentle and yet motivating/encouraging!
Breda was assigned to myself for "check ins" whilst I was on the CMP programme. She has great experience and it shows when dealing with patients. She listens well and is thoughtful, providing great insight into difficult scenarios. I can see that she is perfect for this role.
I was apprehensive about attending this programme but certainly these two staff members made it worthwhile and engaging for me, helping me along on my journey with chronic fatigue.
The topics we covered were important and appropiate for my situation. However, some of the content felt outdated and I feel that there is plenty of good research out there at the moment which would be appropiate specficially for chronic fatigue conditions. It wouldn't take too much for someone to refresh some of these powerpoints. Overall I had a really positive experience with the CMP programme.
"Great care & valuable knowledge"
