About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

Our Wee one had to attend the blossom ward at Craigavon area hospital. The staff were all amazing from the cleaners who had to pop in for a wee chat to the doctors who very professional and listened to you because you know your child the best. Been here near two days and although the food could do with some improvement the staff most certainly do not. This review would not be complete unless we mentioned Ruth who was always on hand and more than happy to offer free cuddles, (to the baby).

We would both like to thank all the staff here at the Blossom Unit and hopefully not have to see yous again, but if we do we know we will be in good hands.

I'm happy to hear that the cleaners had a chat with you and doctors made you feel listened to. Thank you so much for your kind words, I'm always on hand and happy to offer cuddles for babies! I'll be sure to pass on your kind words to all the Blossom staff, they will be pleased to hear them.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel the food could do with some improvement, any concerns can be addressed with the catering staff in the hospital.
