"kind and friendly"

My husband had a knee resurface. It became infected and he was rushed into hospital. The hospital staff worked fast and he spent 5weeks in hospital as his knee surgery was redone. He was allowed home on Boxing Day thanks to the IV team. These marvellous, caring ladies came to see him at home to administer his antibiotics daily. He needed the infusion for 3 months. They monitored his symptoms daily, taking blood, blood pressure, oxygen levels, temperature. They were so kind and friendly and that lifted his spirits greatly. They were constantly in touch with the hospital team, who altered the medication when he developed a rash. The care he received has been excellent and they continue to monitor him via blood tests and hospital checkups to ensure he is free from infection. We really can’t thank them enough and feel they have been part of our family for the last three months. They have all provided the confidence we needed.
