Thank you so much Mario for all the support and guidance you have provided me with since my very first interaction with you at one recovery,

You are incredibly professional therapeutic and intelligent, empathetic well learned in all areas of meditation and clearly well practiced as well.

You recognize burn out with me very well and I know you're one of the most genuinely caring people that have provided a safe space for me to feel comfortable in sharing things that I would have felt incredibly uncomfortable about in my beginning days at the service. 

I have endless gratitude's for you and for one recovery and it's staff with out this service my mental health would have continued to deteriorate and I would have surely died when living on the streets of highwycombe.

But this service and it's users as well have opened new gateways for me in the rooms of AA CA and beyond everything that's happened since my arrival they have empowered me and I'm so grateful thank you.
