I just wanted to highlight and praise the level of care I received last night at Forth Valley Royal Hospital A&E department. Particularly the doctor, Hope. She was exceptionally attentive, friendly, thorough and really made me feel like she cared. She done a great job and kept me updated on the situation throughout my visit. Thank you Hope!
