After my relationship broke down i turned to heavy drinking and my mental health deteriated. One night I drank to blacking out and wanted to harm myself. As a result I ended up in A&E. I felt very low and didnt see a future.
I have now worked in reducing my alcohol intake and no longer drink alone or around my daughter. I am now feeling more positive and looking forward to the future.
