We attended A&E at Wishaw for my daughter who was unwell after a tonsillectomy.
She is only young and so was quite anxious about being in the hospital.
The junior doctor who seen her was amazing, she put her at ease and was so kind and friendly, even made her an elephant with a rubber glove which she brought home with her.
