During a three-day stay in hospital my child was looked after brilliantly. The whole team were excellent, very professional but also extremely kind, caring and helpful. Everyone was so patient and positive at all times.
Katie on the play team was a reassuring presence who really supported me as the caregiver with information about facilities and encouragement to take short breaks, while also curating a lovely play environment and resources for my wee one and others of all different ages.
Just want to say thank you for making a stressful time much easier to deal with.
