I visited the hospital with a hurt hand after a fall. The hospital was clean and tidy. The staff were immediately welcoming and helpful, and I credibly efficient. I was triaged, x-rayed and diagnosed with a broken metacarpal incredibly quickly and efficiently, all while recieving smiles and friendly faces from staff. They immediately got me booked in to see a specialist in Stafford. Very well run and clean hospital, gold standard.
