My aunt is in Cloughreagh House. The care has been excellent and she has been extremely well cared for. I can think of nothing negative about Cloughreagh except that sometimes visiting times can be restricting.
My aunt thinks the rooms are on the small side with limited cupboard space!
Staff have been extremely vigilant and were very supportive to my Aunt. They responded to recurrent falls in an appropriate and attentive manner and also did their best to minimise the falls risk.
To everyone at Cloughreagh, thank you all for your amazing care for my aunt.
