"Top class care"

I arrived at Cloughreagh House from Hospital for  2 weeks to recover from surgery. From the minute i arrived every member of staff where so kind helpful and made me feel so welcome.

I enjoyed having my own room for to watch TV or just to have some quiet time .Having a call bell beside me during the day and at night time was great reassurance for me .The open lounge was fantastic a place where i could go to chat to other residents or to watch TV.

Physio and OT  staff where all so helpful, very kind and nothing was any trouble to them.

Meal times excellent and meal choices where every good .I always had plenty to eat. Supper time could get toast or tea if you wanted.

Everything very clean and tidy .

All the staff where very kind, caring and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff members.

Top class care, would be very happy to come back if I needed to.
