"Attending A&E with chest pain"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I had chest pain and attended A&E at QEUH. Dr Gordon attended to me very promptly and started investigations. His colleague, Dr Denny, then took over and sorted me to completion with all the necessary investigations. I had every test that was needed and results back very quickly including the new Point of Care Troponin test. It was a very busy department but everyone from the receptionist to healthcare assistant and A&E radiographer were very nice to me. I work in healthcare and the acute end of the hospital doesn't nearly get enough credit for the work they do in challenging times.  Thank you.
