I never knew what pyschosis was.
I'd been acting very out of character for several years and had got very depressed as my mother had died.
I was talking to myself out loud and literally realise now it was massive cry for much needed help
My meds were not helping I was hallucinating and scared.
When a very lovely leading practitioner sectioned me I had no idea what would happen
She explained about high dopamine levels cause pyschosis and I also had very high blood pressure.
The five weeks I spent Mill view changed life.
Met so many lovely staff and I will always thank all of them for saving my life from spiralling downwards any further.
Thank you to all of them and for Sussex P*olice stopping me from maybe a much worse fate.
