"Consistently cheery, helpful and accommodating"

I attend Nicola at Prosthetics. She is consistently cheery, helpful and accommodating. She sorts any issues and need is proactive with dealing with things and is willing to listen and try and hairbrain schemes I might have for my limb. 

Always seems like it is very busy with high workload through the Prosthetics dept and so, working in Healthcare myself, would like to think it is getting the investment, staffing and support they need.  Keep up the good work.
