"Took his mind off being in hospital"

We were sent to blossom hill from daisy hill for admission at 3am with suspected appendicitis. The nursing staff were so caring and considerate regarding our distress and upheaval with our 9 year old son...the next morning Ruth came in and introduced herself and made my son feel so welcomed and at ease, showed us the play room area and games and our son was entertained and his mind was taken off his illness.

Ruth checked in on us throughout the day and took in games to our Son, which he was delighted about...Nina our was so attentive, caring and had great patience with him.
