My daughter had a home visit from two amazing Nurses Katrina and Jo to do some tests on my daughter who has Severe Learning Difficulties,Autism,Epilepsy and severe behavioural problems.
They explained everything in a way that my daughter understood and most importantly they give her loads of time which made her feel comfortable and safe.They give her loads of praise which she just loves after every task she completed.
They even managed to get her bloods done something that she has never allowed anyone to do before.
This would have never been possible in a clinical setting because she would have been completely stressed out and wouldn’t have stayed for 2 mins.
She has asked today on a number of occasions when are the girls coming back?
After her appointment yesterday she told the girls she felt super good.
