"Physio at home, North Lanarkshire"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I've had a physio visit me at home for the past three weeks, due to me not being able to visit the local hospital. Her name is Jo Kelly, she has been very helpful. She is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She has left me with all the information I need to continue with my rehabilitation, I'd still be stuck in my chair immobile if not for Jo. I just wanted to make her colleagues, bosses, etc aware of the great work she is doing. And if you happen to read this Jo, thanks again.

Dear Snowgoose,

Many thanks for taking the time to pass on your kind words about the domiciliary physiotherapy service you have received from Jo. I know that your recognition will mean a lot to her.

I will make sure that she is given a copy of your comments and that they are also shared with the Physiotherapy Head of Service. I wish you well in your progress as you continue with your rehabilitation.

My best wishes for you,
