Moved to the area in late '09/early '10, and they are, by far, the worst GP practice I have dealt with - and throughout my life - I have had many GPs as have moved around quite a bit.
I asked to be referred to Maidstone Hospital for a problem that only that Hospital deals with; the response: "they'll have the same drugs at DVH" in spite of the fact DVH, at that time, didn't have an iontophoresis kit
Alarmingly, they told me that another health centre would know about my tablets, and they didn't.
And it took three months for them to get a letter typed-up to send request specialist funding from the then West Kent PCT for me to be referred to the Maudsley. In the finish, and it's not a sentence one often says, I moved to Erith, and under NHS London Region, things are more efficient.
