"Took the decision to change my home care"

I wasn't happy with my previous care provider so I made the decision to change to Ayrshire Quality Care.

The service I have now with Ayrshire Quality Care is excellent. Four girls do all the visits; 4 days on and 4 days off. They are very obliging, they can’t do enough for you. They do their best to come when they say they will but they are under pressure at the moment being asked to do extra jobs. I get on well with them.

The holiday cover is good too, the girls introduce themselves and ask what they can do. I’m happy with this system.

I would like to have a service that could take me out in my wheelchair. I want to go in to town and see what changes there have been. I’ve just discovered that Ayrshire Quality Care provide this service so I’m going to phone up and try to arrange this although it would have been good to know about it earlier.
