"My mother received excellent care"

About: Western General Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted with suspected delirium, she received excellent care all the staff were very caring, they had a great deal of empathy for my mothers condition and could not do enough to help her get well, the staff are stretched to the limit and lack resources, probably due to funding cuts but still they do their very best to care for all their patients.

Dear syclastic

Thank you very much for your lovely feedback following your mother's admission to the Western General Hospital. The staff really appreciate this generous feedback and I was really pleased to hear how they could not do enough to get your mother better.

So that we are able to share your kind words with the staff please could you let us know which area / ward that your mother was cared for so that we can share this with them.

Thank you again.

Jeannette
