"complaint to Monklands Hospital"

I had to take my complaint to the SPSO who after about a year have upheld 2 complaints and refused the one that they did not provide reasonable care and treatment.

I have never been given an answer to certain aspects of my wife’s care.  I feel like I am being told one thing to my face but the truth is they just tell you anything to get rid of you. I can't understand with all the failings in not documenting information about her medications in her records that she did receive reasonable care .

The SPSO can’t answer outstanding questions because not on original request, but the board cannot seem to send information that they requested.
