Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback, it's absolutely essential to help us identify how we can improve.

I'm delighted that you were happy with the staff involved in your care, I'll pass all of that on - it's great for morale when we receive feedback like that.

In terms of the food, we've been getting some similar feedback from other patients. Whilst the ward staff are unable to change the menu, we could possibly get a bit better at identifying individual preferences and helping to make the best choices. We always like to encourage families to bring in your favourite things if they're not available here.

We'll keep trying hard to get this right!
