"NHS Fife have more than exceeded my expectations"

I was given an appointment to see a Neurologist at Queen Margaret Hospital one Sunday. I was very surprised to receive an appointment for a Sunday but thought that at least there would be no problem getting a parking space and I was right!  I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need. I was only kept waiting about 5 minutes and I was seen by Dr Sittampalam who was very efficient and professional but also caring.She examined me and was very knowledgeable about my condition,she listened to what I had to say and did not try to hurry me in any way. I then had to have some blood taken by a Nurse. This Nurse went beyond her duty in care and compassion,she knows who she is and I can only say thank you for listening and giving me some much needed advice about a personal matter. 

In my opinion NHS Fife have more than exceeded my expectations on this occasion,thank you.
